County opens RS-40 zones to duplexes

The Planning Board recommended it 8-0.

Commissioners considered a change to the county's development ordinance Sept. 17 that allows duplexes in the RS-40 residential district (case 26-07-PLBD-00024), the Rhino Times reported. The Planning Board voted 8-0 in favor.

A second change on the same agenda (case 26-06-PLBD-00022) requires owner consent for downzoning.
