GCS moves to sell its old Prescott Street offices
County commissioners get first refusal. Sale money pays the county back for the Green Valley Road headquarters.

The Board of Education signaled its intent to sell its former office building on Prescott Street, near the Downtown Greenway. The district bought the former ITG Brands building at 714 Green Valley Road in 2024 and moved in during 2025.
The property is offered first to the Board of Commissioners, then can be sold at fair market value. The district says an agreement with county leaders sends the proceeds to reimburse the county for the Green Valley purchase.
