Greensboro invites owners near the Downtown Greenway to rezone

A voluntary path to Central Business zoning along the $54 million loop.

City Council approved a resolution starting a voluntary rezoning effort for property owners in and near the Downtown Greenway, giving them a path to Central Business zoning, the city said. The Rhino Times reported the city wants development to follow the $54 million greenway.
