High Point's Planning & Zoning Commission took up a planned-development amendment of about 51 acres for Liberty Academy Charter School (ZA-26-08); a 3.01-acre Dash In at Eastchester Drive and N. Centennial Street (ZA-26-09); and a text amendment on electronic signs (TA-26-04).
The Board of Adjustment meets at 4 p.m. Oct. 7 on a variance at 3107 Wellingford Drive (VR-26-02) and a design review for 105 Depot Place (DR-26-0017).
